80097 progress…

There was more progress over the weekend with a good turnout of members. Nigel carried on with the ash pan helped by Dave. Richard started work on making the steam brake lubrication point.

Jimmy turned up and tapped out the holes on clack bases ready for putting studs in.

Jeannie turned up for a second day and cleaned up the blanks for the clacks and made the gaskets.

Phil started making a bracket for the static steam pipe in the dome and Allan finished machining the regulator rod slot which was a painstaking job as we only had one 3/16ths cutter.
